Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving an item. Item(s) must be returned in the same original condition as sold. All boxes, certificates, and/or documentation must be returned as well.
Refunds given as money back, store credit, or exchange (customer’s choice).
Absolutely no refunds will be given for bullion related products (gold, silver and platinum) as any change in the live commodities market can directly influence its value.
Items that have been altered will not be accepted for return either.
Return shipping method
We recommend United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation and Full Insurance. For Packages valued over $600, we recommend sending it through USPS Registered Mail.
If you chose another carrier (UPS or Fedex), make sure the package can be tracked and confirmed online and requires signature confirmation upon delivery.
